The collapse tension and fracture force for shale–sandstone have been computed across varying elastic modulus and Poisson’s ratios to determine the safe density window. The anxiety distribution principles differ beneath distinctive strain mechanisms, and also the numerical differences underneath corresponding parameters are significant.
